In November 2012 I quit my full time downtown office job to stay at home with my boys.
My 2 boys, Leylund age three and Koen age one are just amazing. They're pretty easy and well behaved boys. Leylund is summed up as a considerate, kind hearted boy. He's so caring, always makes sure we're all okay. I'd say Koen has followed suit, his big brother doing a great job of showing him the way. Koen copies everything his big brother does, Leylund's own personal shadow. I can picture just how great they will grow up to be. I look forward to every moment!
My hubby is a great father and absolutely loving husband. We married in 2008. Donald is known for his smarts, interest in cars, trains, music and hockey. What I love most about him... how kind, gentle and smart he is, but most of all, I love how much he loves me. I'm very lucky that we found each other.
As for me, I'm just another stay at home mom and enjoying every bit of it. I have an at home business with Melaleuca that I'm working on building. I'm also an assistant organizer for a local moms meetup group where I participate in and host events for moms and their kids/families. We just hosted an awesome playdate yesterday, 6 parents and 10 kids. Lots of fun! For extra income and saving up for our summer holidays I've taken up a newspaper route. I have my first night of training today. The thought of delivering papers in the middle of the night, not so appealing, but the pay is pretty good. I'll at least do it for 4 months and see from there.
Things are slowly falling into place as I'm settling into my stay at home mom routine. I started this blog as part of an ambition kick that I feel I need. I can easily lose track of the days now that I'm home with the boys.
I hope you enjoy reading my future posts!
