Update: Weight Loss Challenge

After two weeks of delivering one route of newspapers every day I have lost 11 lbs! Monday I start doing the second route, trained for it this morning. Doing two routes every day of the week is going to kick my butt!!! I look forward to seeing the results! The reward after 4 months will be a family vacation and a new summer dress. August here I come!


Note: Adding Melaleuca's Access bars to my routine. "For optimal results: Eat One Access Bar on an empty stomach 15 minutes before exercising"
